Description

Vertical cold band saw suitable for industry, craft applications, schools etc. Stand in rigid welded construction. Rubber-coated band saw wheel with maintenance-free ball bearings. The upper wheel can be raised and lowered to adjust the blade tension. The lower wheel is equipped with a stripper brush. The blade guide, above and below the table, is equipped with tungsten carbide guides and is height adjustable. Saw bench made of cast iron, mitre adjustable 15° (4 directions) and equipped with grooves for mitre guide. Use a fine-toothed saw blade for tungsten carbide and a coarse-toothed saw blade for soft material. This will maintain the quality of the work process and extend the life of your saw blade.

Supplied complete with blade welding equipment, grinding disc for deburring the blade after welding, shears for blade cutting, built-in brush for cleaning the blades and wheels, work lights, manual, tools, blade guard, microswitch for doors, drive wheel and blade wheel, guards for welding equipment and grinding disc.

The machine can be supplied in other sizes and with automatic hydraulic feed on the workbench (for models MBS40V and MBS60V) and with alternative speeds. Available on request.
