Welding electrodes for hard surfacing Luna RMA H100
Electrode class:
DIN 8555-83: E10-UM-60 GRZ
Luna RMA H100 Rutile coated hard-surfacing electrode with a metal exchange of 170% which virtually produces an eutectic mixture of chrome carbide and austenite with a hardness of 55 - 60HRc. RMA H100 Has excellent weld properties with good reignition and minimal splatter. The design of the electrode shell means the electrode can be dragged against the object. RMA H100 Is primarily intended for applications in environments where the combination of wear and hard impact and occur in working temperatures up to 600° C.
Example: Conveyor screws, blades, chains, plough blades, bucket teeth and scrap crushers.
Supplied in robust plastic sleeves 1 kg/sleeve.
Current type: AC/DC+.
