Stud finder HD55 with LEDs that indicate the edges of a stud. For detecting wood or metal studs in walls, ceilings or floors. Two detection modes, 19 mm and 38 mm deep. Live cable warning for depths up to 51 mm. Ergonomic design. Clear LCD display with backlight. Press in the button on the side and calibrate. A READY symbol illuminates on the display when it is finished. Pull the stud finder sideways keeping the button pressed in during the complete operation. An indication is given on the display when approaching a stud. The edges of the stud are marked by an EDGE symbol on the display, a red light and an audio signal. Patented ''Over stud display'' that warns when you calibrate over a stud. Powered by a 9 V battery (not included). The stated values are standard values for detection through plasterboard or the like. Also works on glazed tiles wooden boards but depending on the density the detection depth can be reduced.
