Description

Well designed machine power shears manufactured in a fully welded steel construction. Power is transmitted from a standard motor with an electromagnetic brake via a chain connection to the main shaft. This draws the cutting beam to the material via two powerful eccentric systems. The perfect cut is guaranteed using the accurately adjusted cutting gap as well as the high quality blades and the automatic rubber coated plate holder. Perfect production shears with operator friendly table design, high cutting speed, optimal cutting angle and low noise level.

Supplied complete with 1-speed motor – enclosure class IP 54, motor protection with zero voltage release, motorized plate stop with digital setting, cut line lighting, movable 24 V foot pedal, table extension 600 mm, adjustable machine feet, angle stop and electrically controlled safety screen.
