Description

Modern easily operated machine. The rollers are placed asymmetrically and all are cambered to provide uniform bends. The top and bottom rollers are driven by the worm gear motor. The top roller is easy to swing out for removal of ready bent blanks. All rollers are needle mounted. The bottom roller and bend roller are attached with wheels via worm gears. Working speed 4.5 m/min.

Supplied with complete 400 V 3-phase motor – protection class IP54, foot-operated forward and reverse change-over switch with 24 V control voltage and emergency stop button, emergency stop with wire plus scales for bend roller.

On request the machines can be equipped with (see table). Cone rolling device (inclined incl. collector shoe). Motor driven application of the bending rollers, motor driven application of the lower rollers, portable control panel and digital display for the bending rollers (requires 2 for rolling cones) and digital display on the lower rollers. Hardened and ground rollers or adiprene coated rollers quoted on request.
