Grease is fed automatically to the high pressure mechanism by means of a spring-loaded low pressure piston. Fitted with two return valves that allow the grease to remain in the pressure chamber when the pressure is released. Grease is always present in the pressure chamber, which ensures lubrication at low pressure and with small lever movements (down to 0.1 cm³ per pump stroke). Lubricant pressure when fully open 60 MPa (600 kp/cm³). Connection thread G 1/8'' int. Quantity/pump stroke for grease density 0.92 kg/dm³ is 1.6 cm³. Material thickness 1.0 mm. T-grip handle. Supplied with pipe and reinforced rubber hose, length 300 mm, two 4-jaw hydraulic couplings, refill nipple and separate bleed nipple. Plastic handle. The grease gun is available in different colours when grease is required to reduce the risk of faults in different applications.
