Level spacers Level KGC
Level spacer Level. Slab laying system Level for clinker. Joint steps are now a thing of the past. Suitable for ceramic slabs with a height of 3-12 mm. The system is based on you laying the slabs in liquid adhesive. After raking a layer, press your foot on the spacer under the slabs.
The level spacer works as a spacer between the slabs if you want a 1.8 mm joint. If you want larger joints, use a cross or nothing at all and lay along the lines as usual, using a wedge to help with levelling. Press the wedge into the rectangular hole in the level spacer, then press in the wedge using a pair of special pliers. You should press in the wedges a little at a time, so that you gradually level the floor. The pliers have different settings for different slab thicknesses and an adjustable stop. When the wedge is pressed in, it forces the two adjoining slabs to level out. When it’s time for jointing, knock the spacers sideways so they break off under the slabs.
Spare wedges, see part numbers 183190891 (100 pcs), 183190909 (250 pcs) and 183190917 (500 pcs), the wedges can be used again and again.
