Flexi-flap. Convex. Flexible flap disc with angled flaps allows flexible grinding. The flaps are mounted in an upright position at an angle to the hub. Otherwise, it is designed like a regular flap disc, which means a long service life and consistent grinding results throughout the life of the flap disc. In use, the flaps are extremely flexible and responsive to the workpiece. The spaced mounting of the flaps means there is greater air intake, providing a cooler grinding process. Max. operating speed 80 m/s. For best results, we recommend the following operating speeds: 115 mm - 6000–8000 rpm, 125 mm - 5500–7500 rpm.
