Abrasive nylon brush - SICANYL. A flexible nylon brush material with bonded abrasive grit of the type silicon carbide. The brushes have a uniform grinding effect, as new grinding material is constantly exposed as the nylon fibres wear. The brushes are especially suitable for deburring, roughening, dulling and finishing on stainless steel and aluminium. The brushes have a long life with optimal use - right speed (peripheral speed 22 m/sec) and slight pressure. Can be used for both dry and wet processing and are resistant to weak acids and lye. With normal use no supplementary work is necessary.
