Description

Super Complete set of clinker drills which includes four 4 mm, two 6 mm, one 8 mm and one 10 mm drill.

All holes in clinker must be predrilled using a 4 mm drill and then gradually opened up with max 4 mm to the required hole size. The drill must be cooled with water every 20 seconds to increase the life and removal rate.

Lifespan of 4 mm drill approx. 3-6 holes depending on the hardness of the material. Patented attachment: Rotastop, means the drill sits firmly in the chuck. Fitted in a standard drilling machine.

Rec. speed 4 mm = 1300, 5 mm = 1100, 6 mm = 900, 8 mm = 700, 10 mm = 500, 12 mm = 400.
