Plaster gun. Simple and efficient compressed-air plaster gun. The gun draws up the mortar directly from a tub or wheelbarrow then applies it onto the wall in an even layer. The gun should be filled to max. 70% of its capacity. Apply the mortar from a distance of 5-10 cm. Almost all mortar can be used as plaster, gullex-based plaster, lime plaster etc. The gun has four nozzles which provide an effective and even plaster bed. The compressor should have a min. 3hp motor, a free air displacement of 350 l/min and a cylinder capacity of at least 50 l. Recommended working pressure approx. 4 kg. Depending on the plaster used this can be adjusted up or down but should never exceed 6 kg. Clean with water before the mortar hardens in the gun and blow through air when the gun is clean. Few moving parts so the gun is virtually maintenance-free.
