Description

The evacuation ladder is visible as a narrow strip when not in use. When deployed, it provides an ideal escape route and can be used for inspection and work applications. The ladder is locked/opened with split pin handles from above, which means that unauthorized persons cannot use the ladder from below. If the ladder is equipped with a split pin or other lock at the bottom, it acts as an inspection or work ladder. Made of anodized aluminium with acid-proof, stainless steel bolts and screws. The rungs are hinged to the side profiles, which means that they are hidden in the side profiles in the folded position and lock in the perpendicular position in the extended position. Available in two designs: Standard ladder 400 for evacuation and access purposes. Home ladder 320 for evacuation of 2-3-storey homes and the like. Both ladders are manufactured according to SS 831340 and are certified by SP – Swedish Testing and Research Institute P158201.
