Description

The metal wedge is used to hold edge elements made of cell plastic in place for foundations, etc. Two cell plastic slabs are placed on edge facing each other, the sheet metal wedge is pressed into the insulation to create a very stable joint. The special wedge design with tapered sides ensures very high contraction strength. No machined grooves are required in the insulation. The wedge also works well for fixing e.g. ground slabs next to each other.
