Cutting fluid CUTFLUID BIO
CUTFLUID BIO A water miscible, clear yellow bio cutting fluid, based on vegetable oils, for use as a lubricant and coolant for general cutting operations, e.g. turning, milling, drilling, cutting, thread cutting, grinding of materials such as cast iron, steel, stainless steel, yellow metals and aluminium alloys.
Properties.
Bio cutting fluid offers increased microbiological protection and has very good demulsifying properties.
Benefits.
The bio cutting fluid has been developed to give an optimum working environment with minimum tool wear.
Handling advice.
Mixing recommendation: Light machining/grinding 4-5 %. General machining 5-7 %. Heavy machining 7-10 %. The liquid should always be added to water and not vice versa. Replacement instruction: see separate information Storage: store and handle at +5 to +40 °C.
