Novoflex flexible honing tools have round, abrasive beads fastened to the end of flexible filaments. This self-centering tool conforms to the bore surface and provides a consistent, even surface finish over the life of the tool. Novoflex flexible honing brushes provide an edge break not possible with conventional honing stones. Applications: Engine cylinders, pneumatic cylinders, valve and pump housings etc. NOTE: The product name always describes the bore diameter for the intended tool, not the tool diameter. Recommended speed 100 to 1200 rpm depending on the diameter of the honing brush.
